Kathleen S. (Ehrlich) Carter was born on December 7, 1952 in La Junta, Colorado to Richard and Sylvia (Warren) Ehrlich. She passed away at her home in Pueblo, Colorado on February 22, 2021 at the age of 68. Per Kathleen's request cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date.
